Hi! Welcome to my blog. My name is Faizal and I am a Marketing Specialist with the established ERA. I graduated in 2009 from Nanyang Technological University, Nanyang Business School, with a degree in Accountancy. I secured a job before graduation at one of the big four accounting firms, Deloitte & Touche LLP. After working there for about a month, I realised that auditing is not a career that I wish to pursue. I yearned for more autonomy and job satisfaction.

With that in mind and armed with an entrepreneurship streak, I decided to become a property agent. The reason for the change is because I want to learn the ropes of property investing and help my clients reap favourable returns from their property. Although many people around me doubted the stability and future of this profession, I have never for a moment regretted my decision for the career switch.

From day one, I have grown to love this job and I find myself having the drive to learn and pick up skills and knowledge from my seniors as well as through experience. I am also committed to providing excellent customer service to my clients and I am grateful that many of them have expressed their appreciation to me. In my opinion, I am not merely selling you a property but also helping you get a home and cashing out your desired profit.
